Welcome! I'm Sophie Underwood, founder of TheraPlate South England, and a fully insured and registered TheraPlate Specialist (IATS), offering mobile TheraPlate treatments in West Sussex and surrounding counties. 

Having the South Downs as my office is a dream come true and a shift I decided to take after many years of working as an equine journalist and school teacher (Yes, I'm crazy enough to have worked with both animals and children). Not only does this mean I get to see our beautiful countryside, but I also get to meet some amazing people and horses, and share it all with my sausage dog, Minnow.

I always knew I wanted to dedicate myself to making a difference and after seeing the benefits of Vortex Wave Therapy on so many horses, it was a no brainer - TheraPlate South England was born.
